On Saturday, May 21, 2016, Mizz Lucy M.F. Morals, Director and Producer of Romantasy Cabaret, brings to the Valley her latest project, The Wild and Wonderful World of Online Dating. The show will be presented at Club Red Mesa, located at 1306 West University Drive, Mesa, AZ 85201.
This candid and raw look into online dating exposes the good, the bad and the shocking that she and others have discovered while shopping for mates and dates online. Hilarious stories, skits and stand-up comedy born of dating sites like OK Cupid, Match, Plenty of Fish, Tinder, Bumble and others will be shared. This peek inside online dating is a comedic expose chock full of adult material, adult language and adult visual aids.
Special guests include some of the starshine from Romantasy Cabaret, the dazzling dancers of VaVaVoom Burlesque & Dance, local comics Raymond Howard and Danielle Williams, and limericks by Coco Bella Cose. The show also presents theatrical shorts, dance numbers, a game show, and a ridiculous slideshow exposing what people deem acceptable to send from the anonymous comfort of a laptop.
In addition to what takes place on stage, willing singles will be offered a visible, identifying marker at the door so that other attending singles can choose to mix and mingle with them.
Club Red Mesa features an outstanding sound system, ample professional lighting and a large raised stage. There is not a bad seat in the house. The venue offers a full bar.
Doors open at 8:00pm for seating and a cocktail hour. The show kicks off 9:00pm.

ABOUT MIZZ LUCY: Romantasy Cabaret was first introduced to the valley in 2008 by way of her vaudeville-cum-cabaret production Romantasy Cabaret. Since that time, her adult variety and cabaret shows have won several awards, including New Times Best of Phoenix award for Best Vaudeville Show, runner up for Best Local Performing Art Troupe by East Valley Tribune in 2011 and Best Performance Troupe by the City of Tempe for 2012 and 2013. The showgirls of Romantasy Cabaret, VaVaVoom, won 2nd place for Best Performance, Group/Duo Category at the Albuquerque Burlesque and Sideshow Spectacular in 2012 and Best Group at the Arizona Burlesque Festival in 2015.
