A Firkin Festival!
The rare opportunity to talk bungs and spiles.
A celebration of craft beers, many specially created for this event. Cask conditioned and dispensed. Throughout the year we twist arms, cajole and offer special favors for the best and most interesting our brewing partners have to offer.
SIP Fest is your chance to enjoy the extraordinary craft brews.
SIP Fest breweries provide a cask conditioned beer AND a draft beer. Canal Street Pub will create a food pairing for each of the cask offerings that will be available for the first hour of SIP Fest.
