In this special evening event, immerse yourself in the science of chocolate making with one of our city's treasures - Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Company. Get a behind the scenes glimpse at the chocolate factory and hear the chocolate maker himself tell you about the science behind every step, from genetic diversity of the cacao crops to fermentation. We'll have a special varietal tasting. We'll have glasses on hand, so feel free to bring your own bottle of wine, champagne or beer! This event is designed for adults.
