Chef Dinner
Join two of our local chefs for a coursed meal with alcohol pairings. Chef Brett Atkinson and Chef Jay Draskovich have a memorable and delicious meal planned for you.
6:30 - finger foods & open bar 7pm - dinner service begins MENU: Acorn Squash Soup- W/Bruleéd Apple, Fennel, Pomegranate.
Arugula/Brussels Sprouts Salad- W/Persimmon Chili, Candied Pecans, Queso Fresco, Champagne Caviar Vinaigrette.
Seafood Risotto- W/Avocado Chili Gel, Shaved Chorizo, Squid Ink Foam.
Beef Cheek Egg Roll- W/Barley, Shiitake, Spicy Chili Sauce.... Poached Pear- W/Sabayon, Vanilla Bean, Pickled Berries.
Each course will be paired with an alcoholic beverage - wine, beer and cocktails.
Prices: $55 dinner $25 drink pairing
