Zooman and The Sign
Set in 1979 Philadelphia, Zooman is a teen who terrorizes his neighborhood and murders Jinny Tate, an innocent 12 year old girl in front of several witnesses, all of whom are hesitant to speak up about what they saw.
This leaves the victim's father Rueben, little choice but to resort to drastic measure.
