Paradox Farm Cheese Making Workshop
Learn how to make cheese! Spend the day with Sue and Claire in the cheese room at Paradox Farm. A hands-on workshop where you will have an opportunity to make 2 cheeses; cow's milk cheddar and cheese curds as well as a cow's milk camembert. Learn how the gentle handling of the milk and curds produce the best cheeses. The day will be dotted with sampling of our cheeses, goat cuddle time and a freshly prepared lunch. Plan to spend 5 hours with us and leave with you own hand made cheese curds!
