Bien Cuit: The Art of Bread Cookbook Launch Party with Owner/Baker Zachary Golper

Craftsman and Wolves welcomes Bien Cuit Chef/Owner Zachary Golper to celebrate the highly-anticipated release of his first cookbook, Bien Cuit: The Art of Bread. Guests will enjoy a variety of collaborative savory and sweet items from Golper and CAW Chef/Owner William Werner, in addition to bubbles and other libations, a book signing, and discussion moderated by Omnivore Books' Jourdan Abel.
Along with acclaimed food writer Peter Kaminsky, Golper guides the home baker in creating the delicious, wholesome loaves that have earned Bien Cuit a cult following and national accolades. Inspiring bakers of all experience levels, the cookbook's 50 recipes include some of the bakery's signature loaves, brand-new creations, his famous sourdough starter, holiday breads, and more.
