About Chef Joseph Holberg
Joe is a Seattle native. Along with working over the years in local Seattle restaurants, he has also cruised the world as a yacht chef. Often traveling to very remote locations, most of his provisioning was done through open markets which gave him a flexible approach to his style and an appreciation for simple yet flavorful local ingredients.
