Comedy at the Taproom Presents Dave Waite
STARRING DAVE WAITE Dave Waite is a charismatic oddball whose shows are non-stop fun. Thanks in part to his performances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Live at Gotham, and season eight of Last Comic Standing, comedy fans everywhere are enthralled by the Ludlow, Kentucky native's peculiar outlook on life.
In 2012, Dave solidified his reputation as one of the country's hottest up-and-coming comics by winning the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival in Atlanta and appearing in the New Faces division of the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Dave regularly guests on top morning radio shows, including the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show. Tracks from his Stand Up! Records albums Kaboom! and Hotdoggin' can be frequently heard on both Sirius/XM Satellite Radio and Pandora.
FEATURING CHRIS SIEMER Chris Siemer has affectionately been described as the Midwest's most endearing moral degenerate, but if you ask him, he's just misunderstood. With stories and musings from his own misfortune and woe, Chris tells it like he sees it with vivid imagery and little, to no, apologies.
With appearances at Cincy Brew Ha Ha and Arch City Comedy Festival in Columbus, OH, Chris has been making a splash in the Midwest Stand Up scene and has opened for such names as John Evans, Sean Patton, Bobcat Goldthwait, and Katt Williams.
ALSO APPEARING...
ALEX SCHUBERT Alex Schubert is a comic from Cincinnati, Ohio who regularly performs at Go Bananas Comedy Club in Cincinnati, in addition to many venues throughout the Midwest. Through the years, he's opened for several comics, including Nate Bargatze, Finesse Mitchell, and Cy Amundson.
Schubert's comedy is a nonstop badgering of one liners that talk about the news, his life and how he feels about his crazy self. His comedy has been described as intelligent, and that intelligence is often overlooked thanks to real life stupidity.
LOGAN CUMMINS Dearborn County native Logan Cummins is a stand up comedian, but not a stand up guy. A graduate of the Stand Up Seminary program through The Lincoln Lodge, he is a producer and co-host of What Is This, Amateur Hour? Open Mic and Showcase in Chicago.
Logan has opened for comedians Marty DeRosa, Ricky Gonzalez, Andy Ruther, Mark Chalifoux, Megan Gailey, Tom Brady, Jiffy Wild and Josh Wolf.
