Reading & Writing Chicago Style II: Celebrating our neighborhood Public Schools
North Shore Kiwanis Club supports education and local schools, including reading programs and an 8th grade essay contest. All funds raised at this event will be used for education programs.
The fundraiser will include presentations by Ald. Harry Osterman and principals from neighborhood schools in Andersonville and Edgewater. Food and beverages will be provided. Silent auction and raffle, too.
The event will be held at the Swedish American Museum (5211 N Clark Street) on Monday, October 26th, from 7-9pm.
