This is an event to promote artistic collaboration in all genres.I think mixing artistic forms is a great way to grow and explore. Dancers, poets, musicians, clothing and textiles designers, painters, etc. we can all learn from each other. But most importantly, we can help each other make art that we care about.

Our two evening event (October 16th 7 pm-10 pm and October 17th 6 pm - 10 pm) will start out with artist who have collaborated already, poets, dancers, performers, musicians and set designers alike will show you what can come from collaboration. Then we will go into a performance where musicians, and dancers will start to improvise with poets and writers reading their work.

At this point we will ask audience members to join in! Dancers, move with us; poets speak with us; painters, paint with us; musicians, play with us; sculptures, create with us. And so on and so forth. If you aren't ready to create at the moment you are always welcome to talk with others in the space about collaboration you are wanting to do.

P.S. there will be art and artsy things for sale of all prices so everyone can support their local artist.
