Fundraiser for Westfield High School Band Comedy Show
Join us for a night of entertainment filled with hilarity, fun and laughter as we raise much needed funds for the Westfield High School Band!
Jennifer Myszkowski (Open) has been forcing laughter upon the good people of the northeast region since 2000. She has performed at comedy clubs, colleges and at all kinds of varied (and sometimes sordid) venues throughout southern New England. Jennifer hosts Bear Swaps, a Saturday-morning call-in program in Bear Country 95.3 FM, and books and hosts comedy shows at Diva's Nightclub in Northampton and The Arts Block in Greenfield. Jennifer lives in Holyoke.
Bryan M Keith (Feature) is Big, Loud, Bold and Brash with the appearance and attitude of your typical badass biker, who just happens to have a bunny tattoo. The great Phyllis Diller once said "The quickest way between two laughs is one line." Bryan has taken the one line joke to a new level. His sarcastic one liners, methodical delivery, bad attitude, self-deprecating material and off the wall creativity have led him to sharing the stage with such acts as Rich Vos, Jim Gaffigan, Nick Di Paolo and appearances at Gotham Comedy Club, Catch a Rising Star, Turning Stone Casino, Funny Bone and Eastville Comedy Club.
Drawing on his past and the obscure, Bryan takes the audience on a one way journey into his strange way of looking at life, which is in your face and like no other. You may see other acts, but you will never forget the "intelligent stupidity" of Bryan M Keith.
Linda Belt (Headliner) is a New Jersey native (a comedy routine in itself). She moved to CT in 1987 where she became a suburban pillar of the community attending PTO meetings and baseball games. Linda became very tired holding up that pillar and instead holds her own as a professional stand up comic. Her humor touches on the absurdities of modern life and explores marriage, sex, parenting and social mores, in other words: any subject she feels like discussing! She has performed throughout the US and Canada and has been featured in a number of comedy festivals, including the Hogtown Comedy Festival (Toronto) the Detroit Comedy Festival, the Long Island Comedy Festival, The Women in Comedy Festival ( Boston) and the Boston Comedy Festival. Her many venues have included: The Comedy Stop at the Tropicana (Atlantic City) Mohegan Sun with Tree House Comedy, Turning Stone Casino, Broadway Comedy Club (NYC) & The Laugh Factory (NYC) as part of the "Broads of Broadway" show, The Comedy Cove ( New Jersey), Yuk Yuks International: Toronto & Halifax, Brew Ha Ha Comedy Club at City Steam (Hartford), Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle (Detroit), Magooby's (Baltimore), Snickerz Comedy Club ( Ft Wayne, IN) Bonkerz Comedy Club (Various Locations), Comedy Zone (Various Locations), Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Jess Miller (host) performs stand up comedy throughout New England and NYC. She has performed at Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Joker's Wild, New York Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, Comic Strip Live, Broadway Comedy Club and Caroline's on Broadway. Jess produces and hosts several comedy show and fundraisers throughout Western Mass.
In addition to stand up comedy, Jess performs in live theater and has been cast in RENT, You Can't Take It With You, Little Shop of Horrors, Showstoppers, The Vagina Monologues and has directed children's theater (Wizard of Oz and Shrek The Musical).
