1st Annual Rockingham Trail 5K Charity Run
Overview: John Stewart's life was one of contribution to helping students in the Raymond area get a great education. Tucker Lodge No. 99 would like to celebrate his life's work with a charity 5K run - raising proceeds which will directly benefit high school students in the Raymond area who wish to pursue their higher education.
This race will be conducted along the course of the Rockingham Trail that runs through Raymond to Onway Lake.
WHERE: 1 Depot Road, Raymond, NH. This 5K race begins and ends at the Railroad Museum in downtown Raymond, New Hampshire.
WHEN: Pre-registration (non-online registration) can take place at Bradford Copy Center, 63 NH-27 OR through Brown Paper Tickets.
8:30-9:30 am - Registration. Racers receive their placards. 10:00 am - Runners depart from downtown Raymond. 10:15 am - Joggers/Walkers depart from downtown Raymond.
There will be a first place award given to the winning runner and recognition for the second and third. Concessions will be available at the F&AM Tucker Lodge No. 99 parking lot adjacent to the Rockingham Trail and water will be made available at the half-way point and finish line.
This course will cross roads at several points but those roads will be guarded.
Registration is $35 and includes a racing placard.
