Pre-IPNC Harmony Dinner
We invite you, your family and friends to join Maysara Winery and Chapter 24 Vineyards at the Momtazi Estate for a 4 course pre-IPNC dinner that will exemplify the importance of harmony between winemakers and their living vineyards through sustainable farming practices, respect of the environment and the relationship both wineries share while operating off of the same estate.
After preparing a mouthwatering luncheon last year, Chinook Winds Executive chef Jack Strong returns to the Momtazi Estate with renowned chef Matthew Mina to tantalize your palletes with a harmonious pairing of food and drink that is sure to delight!

First Course: Tribal spot prawns Heirloom tomatoes, tomatillos & avocado Jamsheed pinot noir
