CraftHaus Brewery Beer Brunch with Red Diner Society Pop Up
Indulge in our pop-up beer brunch presented by Red Diner Society at CraftHaus Brewery. The brunch will feature three courses and an artfully prepared small bite to get you started. A 12 oz beer-mosa and three different beers at four ounces each to pair with your brunch as well. Enjoy a brewery tour and see the magic behind what is in your pint glass.

The Red Diner Society is the Pop Up creation from Chef Joseph Moscani and Butcher Trevor Morones. Two passionate, trained and skilled talents from our Las Vegas' own culinary scene. They thrive in presenting fully executed from concept to plate meals. With a strong background in butchery and charcuterie, this is a brunch which will be one to remember.
Experience the full circle of farm to table with our brunch featuring Ostrich eggs from a local farmer who uses our spent grains to feed them. All culinary creations have been tirelessly created just for this brunch from the talented duo of Red Diner Society. This includes curing the bacon and lox weeks before your beer brunch.
What do I get?
Start off with a with a full 12 oz pour of our beer-mosa to get you in the brunching mood. Then, each course will have a different four ounce beer paired. Take home your logo tasting glass to remember your decadent beer brunch with us.
