Farm to Table Mid-Summer Indian Feast
Enjoy an evening meal on the Nolichuckey River in Greeneville, TN. Chef and Farmer Melissa Rebholz of Rural Resources Farm will serve 3 courses of locally sourced Indian food on a pastoral 60 acre property tucked away on the Nolichuckey River. Bring your own wine or beer. This is a vegetarian meal.
1st Course:
Potato and Green Bean Samosas with Seasonal Fruit Chutney
2nd Course:
Heirloom Tomato Chana Masala, Basmati Rice served with Mixed Greens and a Tahnini Vinnaigrette. Whole Wheat Naan with fresh herbs. Raita.
3rd Course:
Cardamom and Sweet Corn Ice Cream and Gulab Jabun (Indian Donuts) with Gibson Berry Farm Blueberries
