Set on private property just north of Houston, Liberty Manor is hosting a Natural Living Weekend. Come experience the great outdoors like never before at this adult (21+), alternative-lifestyle friendly campground and outdoor event facility.
To celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary, we're hosting a weekend of classes and outdoor fun. We'll be spending all our time outdoors, so grab your sunscreen and sense of adventure!
Cob Building Class ($70/person)
David with Texas Natural Builders will be teaching how to make an outdoor oven using cob. Cob is a mixture of clay, sand and straw - natural materials that can be found in lots of places. Over 3 days, the group will work together to complete the project. When it's done, you'll have learned the skills needed to make your own cob oven - and had fun in the process!
Solar Toilet Class ($10/person)
Long-time natural living enthusiast Manell will share the secrets of constructing a solar-powered toilet. Who needs running water when you can use the sun's power to eliminate your waste? In 1 class, the group will complete the project and learn what's needed to make their own.
Camping Pass ($30/person, $50/couple)
If you're camping for the weekend, be sure to purchase the Camping Pass. This includes your event fee, camping fee and access to all the property facilities.
Single Day Pass ($10/person)
Come make new friends and explore the outdoors with like-minded folks. Spend a day with us and enjoy all the property amenities, including:
