Great class for the beginner! Through the observation of still life set ups and landscape photographs we will broaden our drawing and painting skills while creating the illusion of depth and perspective. Working with pencil, charcoal, and pastel, students will express themselves with their own style using various types of paper while perfecting composition, value, color, and varying painting techniques. All levels are welcome. MAC will supply paper, charcoal, and pastels, but students are encouraged to bring their own soft pastels for better variety and quality.
