Hands-On Drip Irrigation Workshop with Mele Water Works
Now, more than ever, every drop of water is precious. Drip irrigation is a practical and responsible way to provide water to our edibles and ornamentals.
Water is a hot topic these days. Are you vexed by OD, ID, PSI and GPM? Join us on April 29 when we welcome Mele Water Works for a hands-on workshop on all things drip. Following a talk on the fundamentals of drip irrigation, we'll learn how all the pieces work together by installing a working irrigation system out in the Pollinate orchard. Bring your burning questions.
In addition to a boost of irrigation confidence, participants will receive an irrigation tip sheet and a 10% discount on irrigation supplies.

With over 17 years experience in the Bay Area, Mele Water Works (MWW) custom designs, installs and retrofits systems to save water for the present and the future. Their systems provide solutions that compliment new and existing landscapes, orchards and edible gardens while reducing water. MWW also offers water conservation strategies, including rainwater catchment and greywater systems. They are located in Oakland.
