Lovering Baby/Tot Barre and Yoga!
First mommy and me teaming event of the year! Arrive a few min intro/set up followed by 45 minutes of barre and yoga work, all with your baby! Limited time? Can't find a sitter? No need- you can bring your baby for a workout and bonding experience with other moms in the area. Share funny stories and embrace the chaos! Danielle Stock will be completing the barre portion and Sarah Leaman will be doing the yoga. This is a great intro to Sarah's permanent class starting Sundays in May! Hot green tea after class will be available for a little pick me up!
All proceeds go towards funding the studio to be able to have a regular scheduled mom and me class!
