Second Annual Sardinian Lamb Jam
Chef Tony Mantuano has invited his restaurants and friends to compete in a friendly lamb cook-off in anticipation of spring. In this walk-around event guests will enjoy different Sardinian-inspired lamb dishes, and vote on their favorite, while enjoying wine provided by Buon Gusto,LLC, a Sardinian importer here in Chicago, in addition to other Sardinian specialties.
