Ricotta Workshop with Chef David Ross of Abbondante & 50 Local
Ricotta Workshop: Believe it or not, homemade cheese is absolutely doable in your own home kitchen. Among the most popular items on any menu, cheeses are surprisingly easy to prepare at home. We'll teach you how to make fresh ricotta that you can then embellish as you see fit. You'll see that store-bought cheeses can't hold a candle to fresh made ones, and homemade cheeses make great additions to an assortment of recipes.
Not only will you learn how to make this versatile cheese, but you'll also learn how to execute a perfect salad with it with wonderful results.
Chef David will share his roasted beet technique that will pair beautifully with the homemade ricotta.
You will receive:
