Join us for a conversation on what gets you GROWING, as you create a colorful spring planter for your own little seedings.

Each Art for the Heart Workshop begins with a short introduction to the art process that will be explored as well as a self-development concept. There is then a 3-5 minute meditation to help participants feel relaxed and centered. The majority of the time is spend expressively crafting, creating and connecting with others, with a few minutes reserved at the end of the event for participants to share their work and their experiences.
