Art for the Heart: Share the LOVE
Join us for a discussion on LOVE and an introduction to printmaking and multimedia. Participants will have an opportunity to carve their own stamps, practice printing patterns and utilize collage to create cards and love letters for themselves and to share with others.
Each Art for the Heart Workshop begins with a short introduction to the art process that will be explored as well as a self-development concept. There is then a 3-5 minute meditation to help participants feel relaxed and centered. The majority of the time is spend expressively crafting, creating and connecting with others, with a few minutes reserved at the end of the event for participants to share their work and their experiences.
