Too Many Cooks: Cajun Cooking with Doc
Join TMC Sunday February 8th, 2015 from 7-9PM and meet Doc of Columbus's own Cajohns Hot Sauces. He'll be teaching us how to make his best gumbo (both chicken and sausage and a veggie version). We'll be sampling the gumbo over rice and using Cajohns hot sauces to add a little kick to it! Doc is also bringing a surprise southern inspired dessert. Seeing as Mardi Gras is fast approaching, we'll be celebrating with virgin hurricanes! You can BYO your own rum!
