EVENT CANCELLED Valentine's Day Dinner: Celebrate Your Relationship
Join us this February 14th for a spectacular 5-course Valentine's Day Dinner Celebration. Throughout dinner, each course will be paired with a special couples activity led by us, Karina and Noé. Drawing from the best of our experience in relationship workshops, we're offering an evening of ways to deepen the love and creativity between you and your partner.

MENU
- Pomegranate, walnut & roasted red pepper spread on grilled crostini
- Salad greens with roasted grapes, almond & a cured olive vinaigrette
- Smokey spiced carrot soup with citrus salad
- Balsamic braised short ribs with harissa and dates. Browned butter farro and herb salad
- (Or Vegan Option:) Roasted cauliflower steaks with cilantro-cumin pesto and herbed farro salad
- Almond cardamom cookies with blood orange sorbet
***Please let us know if you prefer the vegan entree. Please give us notice if you have any other dietary restrictions. Gluten free can be accommodated.
About the Chef:
Seattle-native Aubrey Jenkins is the chef and photographer behind DrumBeets.com - a food blog that aims to inspire home cooks to explore the beauty and versatility of seasonal produce. Aubrey works primarily as a personal chef, creating plant-based menus heavily influenced by flavors of North Africa, the Middle East and Southern Europe.
About Noé and Karina:
We are a young and inspired couple who are dedicated to cultivating creativity, appreciation and honesty in our relationship. We have both separately and together participated in workshops to help awaken an inner sense of love and have learned the tools to radiate that out towards others. Noé is a life coach who teaches conscious living and loving skills to people all around Seattle and Karina is a vocal coach who specializes in improvisation and performance technique. Together we aim to inspire couples everywhere to live in relationship harmony in fresh creative ways.
