La Valencia Hotel is proud to present the 2015 Wine Dinner Series, once a month on Tuesday evenings in THE MED restaurant, commemorating the hotel's eight decades of wine curation and La V's signature wine vault. The series will pair some of the world's most prestigious wines with the artfully crafted cuisine of the hotel's award-winning Executive Chef, James Montejano, accented with insights from the featured winemakers and vintners.
The Wine Dinner Series dinners will be held in the hotel's signature, ocean view dining room and the menus will expertly match Chef Montejano's talent for bringing out the best of seasonal ingredients, sustainable seafood & meats and handcrafted cheeses with the extraordinary wines of renowned labels.
