Tapping Weight Away
Meridian Tapping is one of the most powerful techniques that allows us to make positive changes around our Weight. By releasing our emotions and internal negative beliefs we achieve optimal healthy weight in record time.
This is an 8 week course that uses Tapping as the primary tool to help eliminate the self-judgment and criticism toward our bodies.
No extreme dieting or exercise is required. There is a commitment of 15 minutes per day of Tapping; attending a weekly class and journaling. Tapping scripts along with energy CD's are included. A weekly coaching support call is also available to attendees.
Divina West is a Meridian Tapping Practitioner who has 16 years of energy work experience. She sees amazing results with her clients around their Weight Loss as they incorporate Meridian Tapping into their lives. Divina is also a Reiki Master/Teacher.
