Anatomy in Focus - Connective Tissue of the Hip
Learn about the anatomy of your body in this workshop at the Anatomy in Clay Centers!
Instructors Amy Anderson and Gregory Gonzales begin the workshop with an introduction to anatomy terms and concepts, and no science background is required in order to start learning.
In this workshop, you will use clay to shape the connective tissue of the hip, and apply the clay to scale-model of the human skeleton to understand how each piece relates to the next, and how the connective tissue creates a strong, mobile hip joint.
The workshop includes a session of Pilates-based exercises designed to engage the anatomy within your own body, and to help you learn healthy movement patterns for an active life.
*** Cancellation Policy:
The entire workshop amount paid may be refunded or applied to another workshop if registrant cancels at least seven days before the date of the workshop. Cancellations within seven days of the workshop may only be applied to another future workshop.
