What's Cooking in the UC Davis Library

Event Details: The Special Collections Department at the General Library, University of California, Davis will present a tour of rare books and manuscripts relating to food and wine.  Of particular interest in celebration of Chinese New Years will be books from the Pond/Hertzman Chinese cookbook collection, one of the largest collections of Chinese Cookbooks in English held by an institution. Other works will include early books on beverages especially wine, early cookbooks, books on home management, and food development from the field to the table.
