Glass House Dinner with Underground Food Collective and Hapa Kitchen

Underground Food Collective is happy to bring Hapa Kitchen to Madison, WI. UFC has made some really amazing connections to amazing people doing great things with food in NYC and we are really excited that we can share that with our community here in Madison. The dinner will be a 6 course meal driven by the Hapa Kitchen food that whimsically integrates Asian flavors and dining traditions with seasonal and local cooking. This affair will be hosted by the Glass House Supper Club which is located at Bradbury's just off the square. The Glass House Supper Club has been hosting dinners every six weeks or so based on different themes and driven by their connections with local farmers. The number of seats are very limited. Dinner will cost $40.

Note: Please include an email address with your ticket purchase so that we can update you with any new details about the dinner. Wine and Beer will not be supplied but Bradbury's will be offering a drink pairing with the dinner that can be purchased at the dinner.
