The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)
This show is family-friendly and will appeal to all ages. The basic premise behind the published script is that the entire writings of William Shakespeare are condensed into an hour and a half. In order to accomplish this, the show must be fast-paced and high energy. The comedy is written by the Reduced Shakespeare Company, which is a three-man comedy troupe known for taking long, serious subjects and reducing them to short, sharp comedies. Hop, Skip & Jump Productions will bring this hilarious show to the Main Street Theater stage. Consisting of Kyle Snyder, Kevin Wells & Jason A. Green, HS&J is a local production company created in 2005 with one idea in mind -- to have fun with theater.
