| Description |
| The Seattle Symphony's new principal cellist, 23-year-old Joshua Roman, makes his public Seattle solo debut at Town Hall. Roman, who has won several competitions and awards, performs JS Bach's exuberant 6th Suite, Gyorgy Ligiti's exciting early solo Sonata, and the daunting and virtuosic solo Sonata, Op. 8 by Zoltan Kodaly. The acoustics of Town Hall's Great Hall are especially well suited for the voice of the cello and Roman's eagerly awaited solo debut is sure to be a not-to-miss event. Presented by TownMusic. |
