Valentine Cabaret Concert

Celebrate the season of love with an evening of romantic chamber music and poetry, followed by dancing to music provided by a DJ. Featuring Ensemble Tomscha (piano, violin, cello and soprano voice) performing selections including: Mozart - The Marriage of Figaro, Dove sono; Beethoven - Piano trio No. 70 Op. 2; and Dvorak - Romance for Piano and Violin. The music will be interspersed with readings of sonnets from Shakespeare and other love poems, and the concert will be followed by dancing to music provided by a DJ. Light refreshments (wine and cheese, coffee and tea) will be served. Space is limited and advance purchase is strongly suggested - $15 for members and $25 for non-members.
Note: Our 100-year-old building is accessible for most wheelchair users with prior arrangements. Please call ahead (212-874-5210 x107) for set-up of our portable lift system and plan to arrive one hour before start time.
