An eternal daydreamer relives each day of the month of August in this nostalgic autobiographical one woman show. Through musical theater styled singing with sprinkles of Martha Graham influenced movement and whimsically accentuated yet emotional word play; the performer will take the audience on a journey through a month full of indisposition, struggles, repetition, freedom, love and womanhood. Creatively and artistically molded together with minimal but bold set design, this show promises to be one that will simply cradle every extension of your psyche.
Written, directed, choreographed and performed by Tiva Lee Samaru; a multi-disciplinary performance artist and educator based in San Francisco. To date she has been featured in several film, television, theater, dance and music productions and has been frequently appraised for her DIY attitude and capabilities.
