The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland, Maine, known for its voice-amplifying acoustics, is the beautiful venue for the Boy Singers of Maine Holiday Concert, 'Songs of the Season.'
All three choirs: the Lyric Choir, a training choir directed by Michele Kaschub; the Concert Choir, a traditional boychoir directed by Leon Griesbach; and the Lower Octave Chorus, a choir for young men with mature voices directed by Patrick McCarthywill perform such traditional music as Hodie Christus Natus Est and Benjamin Britten's New Year Carol, as well as such favorite holiday tunes as The Little Drummer Boy.
