Join documentary filmmaker Michael Whalen, Chef David Kinch of Manresa and Farmer Cynthia Sandberg of Love Apple Farms for a special screening of "The Farmer & The Chef" in New York - the first screening on the east coast. The one-hour documentary takes you behind the scenes to see the creative process of growing and serving the perfect Biodynamic meal at the two-Michelin star Manresa restaurant.
Respected food writer Jim Poris will lead a discussion after the film with the filmmaker, the farmer and the chef.
The event will take place at Liberty Hall in the Ace Hotel.
Doors open at 7:30 with a cash bar, followed by the film at 8pm.
