Kol Truah Jewish Choir of the East Bay kicks off its 2009-2010 season with a benefit concert and sing along for Congregation Netivot Shalom--INTRODUCING: KOL TRUAH!
Sunday, November 8, 2009 at 4 PM the choir, directed by Cantor Pamela Sawyer, with accompanist Ellie Cohen, professor emeritus of music at California State University East Bay will sing music from their repertoire, including liturgical, Sephardic, Israeli, and gospel. All will be invited to join in a sing along of Israeli and Jewish folk music. Come and join us for our first concert in Berkeley, 1316 University Ave.
