Nativity! The Musical
Nativity! The Musical, going into its fifth year, takes the concept of the traditional Christmas pageant and turns it on its ear. Employing pop hits and show tunes, Borscht-belt humor and figures from todays headlines, previous productions have featured The Jonas Shepherds, striking Hollywood writers and a Sarah Palin lookalike to tell the Nativity story from a fresh, funny point of view. Enjoy the lighter side of Nativity, urged Los Angeles Daily News while the Burbank Leader called it Bedlam in Bethlehem[a] wacky version of Christs birth. Nativity! The Musical, written and directed by entertainment industry veterans Greg and Melissa Baldwin, will be performed at Westminster Presbyterian Church on December 10, 11,12, 19 and 20.
