Inca Son 20th Anniversary Concert

This is one of the world music bands that begs to be seen live. Whether dressed in colorfully woven ponchos or the spectacular costumes of their forebears, Inca Son is a feast for the eyes and ears. From humble beginnings in Harvard Square to a brilliant career which includes world tours, award-winning albums and performances on the most prestigious stages here and in Latin America, Inca Son is a Boston treasure. Returning to Cambridge, the place of their origin, to celebrate their twentieth year as a band, they promise to take you on a magical journey through their Andean homeland through an evening of lively music and dance. The difference is that you'll also make a stop in Mexico, guided by the concert's Special Guest, well-known Latino talk-show hostess and outstanding Mariachi vocalist Veronica Robles, known by her fans as "La Mera Mera" (The Real One). With Veronica and Inca Son joining forces, the concert promises to be a fabulous night to remember.
In the spirit of this Thanksgiving Season, we ask concert goers to bring a non-perishable food item which will be used for the Tuesday Meals program of First Parish Church, Cambridge.
