| Description |
 Come join Wild Goose Creative as we celebrate our first year of being a part of the Columbus Community! This is Wild Goose Creative's first big fundraiser and we have joined with Zuppa Catering and many other local Columbus businesses to create a lovely evening. There will be an open bar with beer provided by the very generous PBR and wine, fabulous hors d'oeuvres provided by Zuppa Catering and a silent auction with great items from local businesses and artists.
Menu to include:
-charred yellow tomato gazpacho w/brunoise vegetables, cilantro oil, and fried zucchini garnish
-sesame seared pork tenderloin medalion on fried lotus root chip with pomegranite glaze
-mini crabcake with spiced rum mayo
-chipotle braised short rib on tostone
-fresh spring roll with rice vermecelli and fresh vegetables served with sweet chili sauce
Cupcakes from Surly Girl Saloon and Petite Sweets will also be there for your tasting pleasure :)
