Les Dames d'Escoffier New York presents Luncheon a la Julia at Brasserie Cognac
Toast farewell to summer and catch up with friends at a specially selected luncheon, in the style of Julia, at the classic, authentic Brasserie Cognac on Tuesday, September 15th, at Noon, on Broadway and West 55th Street in Manhattan. Enjoy a delectable, traditional, French three-course luncheon of Terrine de Campagne with Celery Remoulade, Roasted Chicken with Potato Puree and Haricots Verts, then ending with Tarte des Demoiselles Tatin--all accompanied by white and red wines.
