Albany High School Alumni Concert

This is a concert presented by a couple Alumni of the Albany High School Music Program. Jonathan Sandberg (Class of 2006), joins Emma Gavenda (Class of 2006) for an evening of Classical music throughout the past couple of centuries. Emma Gavenda, a Harpsichord Performance Major at UC Davis will be performing works by Jean-Henri D'anglebert and William Byrd on the Harpsichord. Jonathan Sandberg, a Baritone, and Vocal Performance Major at UC Irvine will be performing works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Robert Schumann, Franz Schubert, Gaetano Donizetti, and Douglas Moore. In addition to the following composers, he will also be performing Traditional Spirituals and Sacred works with his Accompanist, Mary Low.

The Performance is on September 12th at St Clement's Episcopal Church in Palache Hall on Claremont Blvd in Berkeley, CA at 7:30pm. The performance is about an hour and a half with a ten minute intermission. Tickets are $25-50 sliding scale and must be purchased online. All proceeds will go to Albany Music Fund.
