Bernadette Smith is an expert in the field of same-sex marriage and she will share with you her insight on the differences in etiquette when working with the LGBT community.
Senator Donna Nesselbush and RI Director of Tourism, Mark Brodeur, will also be in attendance to address this important issue.

Bernadette Smith is the nation's leading same-sex wedding expert. She is founder and president of 14 Stories, the first company in the U.S. specializing in planning legal gay and lesbian weddings. In 2004, when gay marriage was first legalized in Massachusetts, Bernadette envisioned a wedding production company for engaged same-sex couples looking to navigate a traditional wedding industry.
