FRIENDS IN AMERICA
[atmospheric dream-pop/alternative rock]

Stripped down and intimate set from local alt-rock favourite, Friends in America. Their music is emotive and intense, being highly driven by Rawlings' crafted and genuine lyrics and heartfelt vocal performance. Having spent two years writing, they have also taken the time to establish themselves as an energetic, passionate and unpredictable live band around Scotland. Notable performances so far include playing alongside the likes of Louis Abbott of Admiral Fallow, Withered Hand and King Creosote as well as supporting There Will Be Fireworks at their sold out record launch.

JO MANGO
[indie/acoustic/singer-songwriter]

Jo Mango is possibly one of Glasgow's most enchanting singer-songwriters;she is known for her delicate vocals and beautifully-sombre music. The Scotland Herald describes Jo Mango's recent EP "When We Lived in The Crook of a Tree" as "[a voice] so hushed and precise, that it sounds as if it were recorded inside your own head" (2013)

DAVID MACGREGOR (of Kid Canaveral)
[Indie/pop]

Acoustic set from the lead singer of Scotland's finest indie/pop/rock band, Kid Canaveral. Their second, and most recent, record "Now That You Are a Dancer" was nominated for the 2013 Scottish Album of the Year Award.
