Cecilia Noël
Originally discovered by Stan Getz in Peru, Cecila Noël describes her music as "salsoul", elements of salsa, blended with elements of soul and jazz. On her aptly titled new CD A Gozár! (To Enjoy), Noël demonstrates why critics have long called her the "Latin Tina Turner."
