Start off your summer with a Saturday Brunch on the Farm!
Amazing, local, sustainable brunch hosted by friend/volunteer of the farm, Stacy Adimando. Stacy is a cookbook author and former New York City food editor who has worked with some of the top food magazines in the country, including Bon Appetit, Food Network and Every Day with Rachael Ray. Previously she has hosted cooking classes and events at spots like Sunday Suppers in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Haven's Kitchen in NYC. She is now a freelance journalist, recipe developer and cook based in San Francisco.
Brunch will start off with a hike through the organic pastures to meet the goats and sheep.
As you sit on the porch and take in the West Marin vistas you will be treated to food from the farm or within a 5 mile radius of the farm:
Farm-fresh eggs, sausages/bacon, seasonal salads, fruit, our own goat and sheep's milk cheeses and yogurt made from milk on the farm.
Also includes local wines from Banshee in Healdsburg (http://www.bansheewines.com).
