Ozzie Guillen Foundation Summer Kick-Off Benefiting One Step Camp
Ozzie Guillen, the first and only Latino manager to win a World Series for an MLB team, is hosting a summer kick-off to benefit the Ozzie Guillen Foundation and Children's Oncology Services.
The majority of the OGF's outreach takes place in Guillen's native land of Venezuela. To maintain his local connection to Chicago, the OGF has partnered with COSI, a Chicago non-profit that provides free camp programs for children with cancer.
Thursday, June 26 from 6 - 9 p.m.
The evening will be MC'd by Nina Chantele of 1035KissFM, WGCI and Windy City Live.
Tickets are $75 in advance/$85 at the door.
An open bar will be provided by Circoc, Corona, Modelo Especial and Birthday Cake Wines.
Bites will be provided by Giordano's and desserts by Petersen's Ice Cream.
