| Description |
We're very happy to welcome cartoonist John Isaacson as a guest comics
instructor in August! John is the creator of the illustrated book
Do-It-Yourself Screenprinting which was published by Microcosm in 2007. In
this hand-on class, you'll learn how to draw a self-published comic book.
John will cover the basics of getting your voice out in comic book form, how
to draw with reproduction in mind and many tricks of the trade. Also
covered: lettering and design as well as basic drawing techniques. Using
these skills, we'll draw an actual comic story during class.

Cost: $25 members/$45 nonmembers
NOTE: No one under 15 years old will be admitted.
