| Description |
Bring the family to an evening of Gospel, Samba, and Sousa. Beginning at 7 p.m., three of Seattle's finest ensembles will each perform three sets in three venues, with the audience walking the short distance (across the street) between the venues.
Once you've arrived at each new venue, you'll want to keep moving--to the inspirational sounds of Pat Wright and the Total Experience Gospel Choir, filling Fauntleroy Community Church; to the irresistible Brazilian rhythms of Sambatuque, electrifying the Emerald Room of The Hall at Fauntleroy; and, outside in The Hall's elegant Garden Courtyard, to the outrageous Americana that is the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band.
At each venue, we'll accommodate both those who are prompted to dance, and those who'd rather sit and tap their feet. The evening is planned to give everyone a chance to hear all three groups, but you're welcome to stay longer at any of the three venues.
Children 18 and under admitted free of charge. Adults pay $20 a person at the door, or $15 in advance. A reservation list (and box office for those who intend to pay at the door) will be available at each of the three venues. |
